No. We welcome runners of all paces. The pack splits into groups so you'll always have company at your speed, whether you're racing a sub-20 5km or building up to your first.
Singlets, crop tops, training tees and tracksuits are available in-store in Benoni and through our online shop. You can enquire about any item directly from its page.
Our home base is in Benoni — the map at the bottom of this page marks the exact spot. Pop in during opening hours, or message us for directions to the next training session.

Yes. We're an in-store operation, so you're welcome to come and try kit on in person before you commit. Visit us during opening hours and we'll size you up properly.
